MALVASIA è un server che, su richiesta, si incarica di generare documenti '.pdf' partendo da modelli che verranno riempiti di testi e immagini prelevate da una o più basi dati.
Può operare indifferentemente in rete locale o su Internet.

Scritto in linguaggio c++, MALVASIA è notevolmente veloce, versatile e può accedere praticamente a qualunque database.

MALVASIA può provvedere a generare in forma 'massiva' un gran numero di files 'pdf' oppure creare il documento personalizzato 'al volo', in risposta ad ogni singola richiesta formulata via HTTP (attraverso un browser come Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Firefox, ...).
