SPAZI is a Client-Server application in Windows environment for exhibitions/fairground-events management.
The "core" software is based on 2 parts:
ARMIDA.EXE a http/1.1 server dealing with the database input/output.
SPAZI.EXE the client software dealing with the graphical and user interface.
Both ARMIDA and SPAZI are written in C++ language
and they can work under any 32 bit Windows operating system.
We are owner of the source-code and we can develop all the
integrations and personalizations required.
The exhibition's database can be connected with external pre-existent database
to exchange data with administrative and accounting procedures.
SPAZI uses Microsoft Word for the exhibitor's documents and Microsoft Excel
for reporting.
SPAZI is a multi-user application: different users
can work at the same time on different exhibitions. On the same
exhibition different users can work on different halls: the
conflicts are managed.
The exhibition database can be placed out of the
users 'visibility' to protect the data integrity.
The hall's maps are in 'dxf' format with a resolution of 1 centimeter.
All users will be identified when they access to SPAZI: different users
can be associated to different exhibitions.
SPAZI is a multi-lingual software: Italian, English, French,
German and Spanish are supported.
The catalogue extensions are not included on the base package,
but they can be easily added
later at any time.
