Stands & exhibitors In each stand you can set one or more exhibitors. SPAZI can get any exhibitor's information from his own database as well as from a linked database. (e.g. from the accounting database...) The selected exhibitor will be placed on the stand. SPAZI will mark the stand on yellow: that's the colour for stands with exhibitor, but with no records ('dossier'). The 'dossier' is a group of informations about the exhibition's organizer and exhibitor transaction. By default, SPAZI use the colours:   Green for available stands   Stand with a exhibitor without any previous record   Stand with a exhibitor with dossier   Stand with exhibitor and a complete dossier (the negotiation is ended) By using different colors SPAZI offers an immediate portrait of the ongoing development of an exhibition.
